Rick brings over 30 years of real world leadership experience to his coaching, with leadership roles in marketing, sales, research and development, manufacturing, and general management. He has led teams as small as 1 and as large as 3000. He has worked with people from all over the world, has established alliances with numerous companies, and has led more than 10 start-up businesses within the corporate environment. He is recognized for his ability to be a coach-leader and to teach others the critical skills necessary to be great leaders.

Rick has a solid academic background: BS, MBA, Executive MBA, Coach Training Program Graduate, Certified Professional Behavioral Analyst (CPBA), and Certified Professional Values Analyst (CPVA). He has coached people from Kodak, Xerox, Rochester Philharmonic Orchestra, United Way, Sony, and many other companies.
Although he considers all of these excellent qualifications for his business, Rick's true differentiator is his fundamental belief in the power of people to do incredible things, and his ability to create the right environment for his clients to achieve this success. He listens well, will push for action, will hold his clients accountable, and will create an encouraging environment that will enable their success. Rick and his wife, Sam, have been married for 31 years. They are the proud parents of three wonderful sons, ages 20, 22, and 26. In the past three years, Rick and one of his sons have successfully completed fourteen marathons and seven triathlons.
